I understand that grooming involves inherent risks, and I authorize Fluff & Go Mobile to perform the requested grooming services. I agree to disclose any known health conditions, behavioral concerns, or sensitivities.I understand that at least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. A $25 booking deposit may be required and is subject to the cancellation policy.I understand that dogs with severe matting may require a shorter haircut or shave-down for their comfort and safety. Painful dematting is not performed. Additional grooming time is charged at $15 per 15 minutes and will be discussed before proceeding.I understand that final pricing may vary based on coat condition, temperament, and grooming time. Any additional charges will be communicated before proceeding.
